Welcome to GIZELLA Shipping Policy
At Gizella, we always strive to use the most efficient mode of transportation for your goods to ensure timely delivery at competitive prices. We will provide you with a tracking number, use eco-friendly and sustainable mail packaging, and offer a carbon-neutral parcel delivery with a Signature on Delivery.
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Your order processing times are separate from the shipping times at checkout. Please consider the potential delays that may occur due to a high volume of orders subject to availability of products at the time of processing (If the product you have ordered is currently out of stock, it will not be automatically back ordered please get in touch with us immediately at hello@gizella.com.au) or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Your order may be split into multiple packages for added security during transit. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and are subject to change by the shipping company.
Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the delivery times specified, as these are only approximate. Once your parcel has been delivered to your specified delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for any theft or damages that may occur. If you feel that your delivery address is not secure or if you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, we strongly suggest that you contact us at hello@gizella.com.au immediately. Please note if we cannot re-direct the items, we cannot offer you a refund, and you will need to re-order from the Gizella website with the complete and accurate address.

We accept orders up to $50 to $1000 per transaction. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Please note that there may be additional delivery charges for items that are large or bulky.
Local delivery
We will contact you via the email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of the order's arrival.
If you are not at the address provided at time of purchase when the courier arrives, you should receive a card in order to retrieve your goods to a nearby Post Office. You have less than 10 business days for you to collect, before it’s returned to us. Please bring your Photo ID with the address provided.
In-store pickup
We do not currently offer in-store pickup, but it is a service we plan to provide in the future.
International Shipping
We do not provide international shipping services. We can only accept and deliver orders in Australia.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please check your spam or junk email folders if you do not receive any correspondence regarding your purchase.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@gizella.com.au with your full name, address, order number, and tracking number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes, Hotels, Motels, Hostels, and Other Addresses
We do not provide shipping services to P.O. boxes, hotels, motels, hostels, unknown buildings, and addresses. We reserve the right to cancel orders intended for delivery to P.O. boxes, hotels, motels, hostels, unknown buildings, and addresses that cannot be verified online, as these addresses may be fake.
To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend placing your order with us at least 2 to 4 weeks before your project, production, or deadline. This will allow us ample time to verify the accuracy of the address and ensure that your order is delivered on time.
In the event that we cancel your order, we will issue a refund for your payment, and you will need to re-order the products from the Gizella website using a verified home, apartment, or business address that is not a P.O. boxes, hotels, motels, hostels, unknown buildings or unknown addresses.
